A must-visit for every family with kids. Totally hands-on exhibits featuring Yomim Tovim, stories from Jewish History, and Torah and Mitzvos. Crawl through a giant challah on a Shabbos table, talk to a tree about Tu B'Shvat, climb up Noach's Ark and slide down, shop at a Kosher supermarket, and much more!

Prospect Park

 A wonderful destination for the whole family and weather permitting you can spend the whole day. Pack a picnic, drinks and frisbee, enjoy the greenery, natural hikes, waterfalls, lake, numerous playgrounds, or the amenities listed below. Great playground options include Lincoln Park Playground, Vanderbilt Playground, and The Imagination Playground.

Brooklyn Botanic Gardens

The garden is sure to be stunning around Pesach time. Come visit and stroll between the Cherry Esplanade, Rose Garden, and Tropical Pavilion. A great spot for a family iPhone photoshoot. Be sure to check the website to see what is in bloom seasonally.

An adorable indoor play space with climbing options, ball shooting, and make believe dress-up time. Pretend to be a firefighter with a real water-spraying hose, visit the play salon and get your hair and makeup done, and enjoy the slides!

Brooklyn Bridge Park

There's a lot to say about this fantastic and huge park found in Dumbo, NY. It covers a lot of ground with multiple playgrounds, scenic areas, and walking trails. Pier 6 area has incredible playing areas for kids of all ages, with awesome swings area, adventurous slides and when the weather is good an amazing splash pad water area. Pier 1 has a great playground for younger kids, with pint-sized climbing and swings options. All in all, a great place to explore when the weather is right! Scooters, walking shoes, and/or stroller recommended!

Governors Island

Take the ferry from Lower Manhattan to reach Governors Island. Bring scooters, rent a bike or surrey, soak in the luxurious QC NY Spa, catch some thrills at Slide Hill, or catch some zzz's in Hammock Grove, all the while with incredible views of the New York skyline.

NY Aquarium

While we're near Coney Island beach, the New York Aquarium is another great spot for the family. Walk through the shark tank tunnel, explore jellyfish, and of course don't miss the sea lion show. Featuring an indoor/outdoor style, be prepared for the weather and always check in advance.

Deno's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park

Take a ride on another Coney Island icon, Deno's Wonder Wheel, which is part of a small amusement park on the beach. Featuring 16 kiddie rides, and a handful of adult rides, this makes for a short but super fun visit. Combine it with some fun time spent on the Coney Island beach!
