Six Flags Great Adventure

NCSY is taking over Six Flags! On Monday, October 21st 2024 there will be a total buyout of the park. This will surely be a Chol Hamoed trip to remember - complete with Kosher food available for purchase from Riverdale Kosher Supermarket and giant Sukkah. Be a part of it!

American Dream Mall

There is no shortage of entertainment and shopping at Jersey City's American Dream Mall. Have a splash at the Dreamworks Water Park, or enjoy high thrills at the Nickolodean Universe Theme Park, or choose from over 15+ other attractions options such as the 300 foot high Dream Wheel ferris wheel, 2 types of mini golf, aquarium, Legoland, year round ice skating and ski slope and much more. This mall is an amazing destination, just be sure to bring your comfy walking shoes and stroller for little kids. Protip for Nickolodean Universe: purchase per ride instead of regular admission for adults and other non-riders, and it comes out very reasonably priced.

Liberty Science Center

A fabulous children's museum that adults will enjoy as well. With incredible permanent exhibits, such as the Infinity Climber (pictured below), the Touch Tunnel, and an amazing toddler area Wobbly World, from the epic temporary exhibits, this museum is a must-visit! Advanced reservation recommended ASAP, as some time slots for Thursday Chol Hamoed are sold out.

Turtleback Zoo

If you have animal lovers in your family, this zoo is a must-visit! Get hands on with aquatic life at the touch tank where you can feed the sting rays and baby sharks. If all that is not enough, you can also enjoy Minigolf Safari (for an additional fee, only open on weekends).
