If you've noticed a mysterious "Resy Credit" appearing on some American Express card offers - such as the Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card, the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card, and most recently, the American Express® Gold Card - and wondered how you can use this credit, you're not alone.

For those unfamiliar, Resy is an online reservation system for booking tables at restaurants, particularly popular in cities like New York City. If you see a Resy button on your favorite restaurant's website, they're using the Resy platform:

So, what can you use the Amex Resy Credit for?

The good news is that you can earn the Resy Credit by using your eligible American Express card at any restaurant that uses the Resy system for reservations—regardless of whether you made a reservation through Resy or not.

Here’s a breakdown of the current Resy Credits offered by the cards mentioned:

Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card: Up to $10 per month in statement credits at U.S. Resy restaurants. Read more about this card here.
